
It is NOT our intent to make a profit on shipping, and we do not charge for handling.
We use flat-rate shipping costs to save you money so you are not charged extra based off the items in your order. The only exception to this is the country ham, which has a flat shipping rate of $19.95 due to its individual shipping class. Prices in flat-rate shipping are subject to change without notice. We ship orders to street addresses within the continental United States directly from our store location in Hopewell, Virginia, where it is produced and packaged. We ship to all 48 mainland U.S. states. Unfortunately, due to U.S. customs regulations on agricultural products, we cannot ship out of the country or to Alaska or Hawaii. If we did, your order would be seized by customs and you would not receive it.
In-stock orders typically leave our store within three business days of placing your order. Once it is picked up, delivery typically takes between 1-5 business days by either UPS or Priority Mail. Please call our store at 804-458-4741 for faster delivery options. During the holidays, please allow 5-7 days for order processing due to the influx of customer and wholesale orders. To ensure your package arrives in time for Christmas, we highly recommend placing orders up to as early as November; not only do we become inundated with orders, but delivery services do too, so orders may inevitably take longer.
Address Correction
Please confirm your ship-to address before ordering.
Sometimes addresses change- if your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you via email/telephone number. PLEASE NOTE: Reshipping your order will incur new shipping charges. If the carrier makes an address correction and forwards the package to your recipient, the $12.50 service fee per package will be invoiced to you.
Shipping Chocolate Items
We use only the highest quality ingredients and the finest, richest coatings for our products. Because of their rich content, they are particularly sensitive to warm temperatures. Because of this, we can’t ship chocolate during the summertime in order to avoid you receiving melted chocolate upon delivery. Our chocolate items are always available for pick-up year-round at our storefront location at 424 S. 15th Ave, Hopewell, VA. 23860, however, we ship our chocolate products only during chocolate season- October 15 through April 1.
