The Story Behind the Peanuts

We opened in 2002 with a simple purpose. Bring Hopewell fresh peanuts with bold flavor and honest quality. We are the only peanut processor in the area. You get small batch products made in house with care. Our shop features more than 32 peanut varieties along with premium wines and local Virginia goods.

Our Start

A walk along the Appomattox River pushed owner, Randy Sealey, to build something better. He began with one cooker in a small kitchen and created a roasting method that set a new standard for Virginia peanuts. The process grew, but the focus stayed the same. Quality first.

Peanuts a Step Above the Rest

We use only the largest Virginia peanuts. We cook every batch in 100 percent peanut oil. This protects the natural flavor and gives you a stronger, richer peanut. People across the country order from us because they want real freshness, not mass production.
