We have taken this white chocolate shell and have filled it with a dark chocolate ganache loaded with roasted cocoa nibs which gives this truffle a texture like no others. The base of these truffles also have these truffles also have these cocoa nibs embedded in it. The color scheme of purple and pinkish red on this truffle will surely catch your eye.
